It's a bit out of the way from the visitor centers on the south end of Flaming Gorge, and one of the last great viewpoints if you're travelling north on western side of the valley, but definitely worth the stop. The overlook is just up a small hill, has some helpful educational signs, and the view is stunning especially if you catch the light and clouds on a day when they're doing their dance with the colors of the valley below.

Very accessible overlook point. The drive up was smooth, easy parking (though the small parking lot could be crowded during busy season). Climb over a tiny hill and you’re there! Definitely worth stopping by!
