This place rocks! I had to retire from drinking a few years ago, but back in my prime I would’ve absolutely had my way with this beer menu. It’s called Badass Brews but should be called Badass Brews & Burgers. I had the Michigan burger and I’ve eaten a lot of good food over the last month while being on the road and this is the best thing that I’ve had! It’s a charbroiled burger patty and was cooked to perfection! My server was super kind. I’ll be quiet, but very kind and recommended the burger. I’ll be making my way through Green River every month or so for work and this will become a staple stop for me.

Best Food in Green River — A Must-Stop for Travelers & Locals If you’re in Green River and want real food, this is the spot. Not just the best brewery — the best place to eat in town. Period. We came in expecting good beer, but the food absolutely stole the show. 🍔 Green River Burger This burger is the real deal — fresh, juicy, and clearly hand-formed, not one of those frozen pressed patties you see at most stops along I-80. Full flavor, cooked perfectly, and loaded with toppings. The portion size? Perfect for a hungry traveler — you will not leave hungry. Sweet potato fries were crisp, hot, and seasoned well — easily the best in the area. 🍕 Fresh-Made 14” Pizza They make the dough fresh to order, and you can taste it — chewy, crispy, and baked beautifully. This wasn’t “bar pizza;” this was wood-fired quality in a small Wyoming town. 🍺 Beer Flight • Horney Toad (Belgian white) • Fire Hole (TIPA) • Fool’s Gold (Honey brown ale) • 2-Bacca (Doppelbock) All clean, balanced, and clearly brewed by people who care. The TIPA packs a punch but stays smooth. The Honey Brown and Belgian white were super drinkable. ⸻ 💡 Bottom Line If you’re passing through Southwest Wyoming — stop here. If you live here — this should already be your go-to. Great beer, restaurant-quality food, friendly service, and portions that actually satisfy a real appetite. A great stop in Green River! The food was delicious and truly homemade. We loved the other golfer hard lemonade and hard root beer, and the owners were very friendly. You can tell it's a family-run place that takes pride in what they do. Definitely worth a visit!

The food here was great, we got a pizza and the steak taco - both were very good. The beers were also great. And the staff and owner were super friendly. Love this place, would recommend to anyone in green River!

Had the BEST burger in a very long time!! The brownie with ice cream was also bomb as hell! Just what i neede after my 230mi bikepacking loop this past week! Atmosphere was awesome inside. Everyone local chit chatting about everything. Thank you BadassBrews for supper tonight was a true blast and I’ll definitely stop back in when I’m in the area.
